After its acquisition in 2016 by ASM Racecars, Rosi Racing sets up in Aveyron
Our passion for the automobile has always driven us to develop high-end catalysts in order to perfectly meet the requirements of our customers and partners. With our technological expertise dedicated to metal substrate catalysts, we now offer you a complete range, approved and intended for motor racing. Rosi Racing was acquired by Racecars in 2016. Present in motorsport for more than 30 years, we are very familiar with the needs of the sector.
Our Story
The Rosi company was founded in Courbevoie in 1927 by Emile Rosi. The workshop, which is located in the historic heart of automobile repair, stands out from its creation for its capacity for innovation and quickly becomes the partner of major manufacturers of the time, such as Louis Renault, André Citroën or Panhard & Levassor.
In 2016, Rosi Racing was bought by the Racecars company managed by Didier Panissié. Present in motorsport on the circuit then in Rally Raid, we wish to perpetuate the know-how of the Rosi Racing brand and add our knowledge of racing with the production of FFSA/FIA approved competition catalysts.

Located in Aveyron near Rodez, we are as close as possible to our customers and suppliers.
We work as much as possible with French suppliers to ensure the best possible quality and traceability. With our experience in racing and thanks to a structure on a human scale, we are able to adapt to your requests with responsiveness and produce your prototypes or small series as soon as possible.
Our Technique
What is your catalyst for?
Your catalyst reduces the emissions of three pollutants:
– Carbon monoxide
– Nitrogen oxides
– Hydrocarbons
When it reaches its operating temperature (from 250°C), your catalyst burns these three polluting compounds simultaneously, thus transforming the monoxides and fine particles into dioxide, which is much less dangerous. For the catalyst to work properly, the dosage of the air/fuel mixture must be checked using a lambda probe. Your Rosiracing catalysts have passed pollution control tests to obtain FIA/FFSA approval. We can therefore certify that they reduce carbon monoxide by more than 75% and hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxide by more than 60%.

Our catalysts are manufactured in a ferritic stainless steel grade that is extremely temperature resistant to ensure the best possible durability. We use a full-blown brewing technology combined with a thick strip that allows the catalytic bread to better resist vibrations and hydrocarbons.
Our FIA-approved 100 CPSI catalysts do not create any back pressure. We can assure you, thanks to several bench tests, that you will be at Iso performance with or without our catalyst.
